Butte County pilot project for greywater and composting toilets: sites needed!

 Butte County has begun an innovated pilot program to permit greywater and composting toilets as a septic system alternative. They seek to learn about these systems with the goal of conserving and protecting local watersheds. More sites are needed! (pass this on to Butte County residents)
