Biography

Raised on a family homestead and organic farm, Allan grew-up aware and allied to the natural environment. His cultural background is of Native American descent and in 1992 after serving 9 years in the Air Force, he worked with his family to preserve Native American heritage through Traditional Arts and Spirituality in the Pow-Wow Community along with his low powered FM radio program that emphasized various political & environmental causes. Allan was a pioneer in introducing to the public of L.A. various environmental concepts such as Zero Waste, and three businesses that work like non-profits, theSolarWeb.com, CaterGreen.com and EnviroMeasures.com. Because of his love and work for the Environment, Allan (& partner) was the first to be recognized by the SBA and given the award of “Environmental “green” Conservators” 2009. Allan has worked with organizations that shared his values that include: EcoHome Network, Northeast Trees, Sustainable Works, Sweat-X, Greenopia and Absolutely Solar, and he continues to offer and have a holistic, well rounded Environmental Education and Practice, Certifications include: Solar Panel Design & Installation, Biodiesel production, Xeriscape landscape, Green Building, Cob & Strawbale Construction, Composting, Permaculture, EMF Radiation - BauBiologie and Grey Water and Rain Catchment Systems.
