(free) Hands-on greywater workshop (Benicia)

This workshop is hosted by Benicia Community Gardens.
Join us for a hands-on class on how to install a simple laundry-to-landscape greywater system for your house. You will learn how to install a simple three-way valve in your laundry room, connect the pipe from your washing machine to your landscape, and how to prepare your landscape to receive the greywater.
Please make your best effort to arrive on time as class will begin at 10am sharp.Doors open at 9:30am.
Light lunch will be provided but do BYO food if you have any dietary restrictions.
Please come prepared for the elements and the work (i.e. hats, gloves, water bottles, sunblock, etc.). In the case of light rain, the show will go on so please rain gear. * This workshop will be rescheduled in case of heavy rain.
