I am looking to install a shower to landscape greywater system but am having difficulties finding current information about actuators and valves.  What’s the current preferred models for this application?  Is there a way to connect the actuator to a typical flip switch, like for lighting, to make it blend better in a bathroom?

Hi,

Here are the basic parts.

You can put a switch in the wall, with a more standard looking set up. You’d need a few different parts than listed in the link above.  I have basic info about this in my book (Greywater, Green Landscape). You could also get help from an electrician or someone with the skills to pull wire in the wall if you’re trying to go for a more sleek looking set up.
