I think the safest way to manage your situation would be to scrape all the poop off the diaper into the composting toilet. Then pre-wash the diapers in a bucket. If there is a place to dump the water, like in a compost bin (or your composting toilet chamber if it’s outside) you could dump there, or create a subsurface place to dump the water where it won’t be contacted by others. (Like a hole filled with woodchips to soak up the water.)
