There should be no need to filter the soap. There is generally very little used in comparison to the volume of water. As long as we aren’t talking about bath salts. Salt is something you do want to avoid putting into your garden.

Also, by adding a filter, you will needlessly increase your greywater system’s cost, maintenance, and complexity.

What’s your reason for wanting to use one?
