Trying to build small 1 bed/1 bath cabin in the Eastern Sierra, in Mono County. Lahontan Water Board has a moratorium on septic permits for my area since early 90’s that will likely not go away. I need a solution that can handle blackwater, both toilet and kitchen sink. Any direction to seek help would be appreciated. Thanks.
