How can I get a laundry to landscape incentive program started?

I’ve heard of other cities in California offering a laundry-to-landscape incentive program. How can I get one started in my city?

To start, you could ask your water agency, and point them to cities/agencies who have incentive programs, like Pasadena Water and Power, City of Santa Rosa, and the SF PUC.

Some agencies have started small and offered a one time class, or short series of classes. Others have developed a full program. Interest and demand from the public is a big driver for new programs and classes.
