I have a shower and 2 sinks to drain water to greywater leech field. There is no option for harvesting water for reuse at this time but possibly in future. Can anyone direct me to system designs for strictly water drainage vs recycling with diverter valve for future potential reuse?

I’m estimating 50 gallons of water per day with 15 minutes per inch drainage in test hole.  Using the chart on this site it suggests 25 sq. ft.
I’ve considered over-sizing times 2 to be sure of success with 5’x10′ 3′ deep leech field with river rock on the bottom 2 feet and filter fabric and soil on top. Using 3 3″ drain pipes on top of gravel.  Is there someone with experience who can tell me if this seems too far overkill and refer me to diagrams with specs, etc..?

That sounds very conservatively sized.

You could follow the disposal diagram and sizing from the California greywater code
