I’ve looked at several weather pages and the annual numbers vary quite a bit.

Also, I’d like to find out what the average rain event drops and a 100 year event.

I use that page as well. I believe that site uses NOAA data in a more user friendly way than on the NOAA site.

For the 100-year flood info I would just google it for your area: there are reports and detailed info about specific geographic region’s 100-year events that aren’t listed in one place.
